Kristopher M. Van Houten, PT, DPT is a 2001 graduate of Central College with an Athletic Training/Exercise Science degree and obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University Medical Center in 2004. He began practicing Physical Therapy in Monterey, CA where he had the opportunity to work with multiple different teaching professionals, PGA tour players, and amateur/celebrity golfers.

Kris currently practices at Sports Rehab and Professional Therapy Associates in Storm Lake, IA where he works with patients of all ages as well as local athletes.  He has provided coverage for the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and Callaway Invitational from 2004-2013 and The Principal Charity Classic from 2011-2013. Kris and his brother Tate are co-founders and owners of Integrated Golf Performance, founded in 2006.
